February 2008 update. Farm Description.

Thank you for visiting and viewing the 360 acre farm for sale in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. This is the Helen R. Wilson Trust Farm.

The farm is for sale in a tact of 380 acres. It has been surveyed and can be divided into 18 individual tracts as presented below.

You are welcome to take a self guided tour or a personal showing by appointment. When the ground is dry or frozen you can drive over the entire farm.

The Farm is located on Hwy U in Cape Girardeau County Missouri East of the East end of Lake Girardeau. For directions from Interstate 55 take the Dutchtown Exit and travel Missouri Highway 74 to Dutchtown, Missouri and take Hwy A through Whitewater, Missouri to Hwy U and turn north. The Farm is located on the East side of the road.

A farm showing and guided tour will be held on Saturday March 1, 2008 from 10 AM to 4 PM. You may tour the farm on your four wheelers, bring your horses and ride the farm and trails on them or in your vehicles if weather permits.
